Williamsburg Presbyterian Church
Journey to the Holy Land
February 25 - March 10, 2025
Goals of the Trip: This trip with members of Williamsburg Presbyterian Church offers you a chance to discover a deeper appreciation for the stories of the Bible. We will walk on the land traversed by beloved biblical figures and see the places where Jesus did his ministry. We will also learn about the culture underlying the ancient scriptural texts as we visit biblical sites in Bethlehem, Jerusalem, and the Galilee, including Nazareth and Capernaum. We will also get to know “Living Stones,” the wonderful people of Israel and Palestine. Evenings will include devotions and time for personal reflection. We hope you will join us for a journey of personal transformation that will deepen your faith and make scripture come alive.
We will again be using Sunlight Tours to be make our hotel and travel arrangements.
Program Fee: Depending on the number of travelers, the anticipated cost will be $4,125 per person for the land portion, double occupancy. Singles add $1,340 for a private room. This fee includes all hotels, all meals, ground transportation, an excellent guide, and tips for the guide and driver. It does not include cost of airfare, travel insurance and personal items. There is also an option to extend the trip to Jordan from March 10-13, 2025. The fee for the extension is $1,500 double occupancy and $1925 single occupancy.
The trip is limited to 30 people. WPC members and spouses have priority. Reserve your space online with a $500 per person deposit and a completed registration form by going to the link below:
